Sponge crab / Sleepy sponge crab

In Japan, distributed from the Kii Peninsula southwards. It is a large crab found on the sea floor at depths of 5 to 50 meters. It is the largest species of sponge crab. The last two pairs of legs (fourth and fifth pair) are shaped like tweezers so it can hold on to corals and sponges. It usually uses these legs to carry various things and hide itself.
