Whitespot hawkfish
This is one of the largest species of hawkfish, reaching 29 cm in length. It is benthic and inhabits coral reefs at depths less than 20 meters. There are numerous small black spots on its body and a pair of white spots near the middle of the body. It mainly eats small fish and crustaceans.
