Red lionfish
- Rareness:★★★★★

Reaches 40 cm in length. Often swims alone in coral reef areas, found below overhangs or at the entrance of caves. It feeds on small fish. When feeding, they corner their prey by extending their pectoral fins. Its dorsal fin and pectoral fins are long and beautiful; however, it has strong venom and is a dangerous animal to touch.
