A species of sea cucumber. Found in waters surrounding Australia, but in August 2011 a specimen was collected from Japan. Found at depths from 30 to 60 meters. Its Japanese name is Éclair Namako because it resembles a French chocolate éclair. The black spots on its skin vary between individuals.
