Longnose butterfly fish

Distributed across the central and western Pacific Ocean, and the Indian Ocean. In Japan, from central Honshu southwards. Usually found in the crevices and caves of coral reefs with their belly towards the rock walls. It feeds on small crustaceans that are hidden in corals.
