Tropical carp-gudgeon

Distributed in the subtropical and tropical regions of the west and south Pacific Ocean. It is a species of goby, however, it is named Tanagomodoki in Japanese because it looks and behaves like a bitterling. Often lives between plants in the lower reaches of a river.
