Allergy Policy

1. Commitment to food safety

The food and beverage outlets within Ocean Expo Park and Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium strive to provide a safe and comfortable dining environment for all guests. We have established a food allergy policy and are committed to providing information on 8 specified allergenic ingredients and 20 additional ingredients that are equivalent to specified allergens. (Excluding temporary vendors)
 

2. Policies
 

(1) Allergen Information labeling for 8 specified ingredients and an additional 20 ingredients that are equivalent to specified allergens
Information on 8 specified allergenic ingredients (egg, dairy, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut) and 20 additional ingredients that are equivalent to specified allergens is available on each outlet’s official website or via QR codes displayed at each restaurant.
 

(2) Important Notice for Buffet-Style Dining
Restaurant Inoh offers buffet-style dining. Shared utensils such as tongs are used, and cross-contact with other ingredients may occur. In this case, we cannot guarantee that allergens are completely removed. Guests with severe allergies are advised to take extra care and check allergen information before dining.
 

(3) Information access
Allergen information for each restaurant is available in advance on the official website and via the QR codes displayed at each vendor’s location.
 

3. Notice to all visitors (applicable to all food and beverage outlets)
 

(1)While every effort is made during food preparation and service, trace amounts of allergens may be present due to shared kitchen facilities and the preparation process. In this case, we cannot guarantee that allergens are completely removed. Guests with severe allergies should take extra care and check allergen information before dining.
 

(2)Sensitivity to allergens varies between individuals, and symptoms may occur even with minimal exposure. For your safety, we ask that you review the information provided on the official website via QR codes available at each outlet and exercise due caution. The final decision regarding the use of our dining services rests with the customers.
