Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is located in Motobu Town, on the grounds of Ocean Expo Park.
Visitors can choose from a variety of modes of transportation to get to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium: car (including rental car), express bus, local bus and taxi.
It takes about two hours by car from Naha Airport (via the Okinawa Expressway) and approximately three hours by express bus.

Parking
Please use the parking lot at Ocean Expo Park.
- Parking lots at Ocean Expo Park are free.
- For visitors entering through the central gate parking lot (P3, P5), turn right at the Park Information Center (Haisai Plaza) and proceed straightforward(north).
- Trolley service is available within Ocean Expo Park. A boarding ticket is required.

How to find the aquarium using GPS
Some car GPS navigation systems may not be able to locate Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Please search for directions to both “Ocean Expo Commemorative Park” and “Ocean Expo Park.”

About electric vehicle (EV) charger
Installation location
The north gate parking lot (P7 multilevel parking lot) is the closest to the aquarium.
Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available in the north gate parking lot (10 stations on the ground level and two on the third level).
- ※As the stations provided are of the standard type, it takes about five to seven hours for a full charge.
- ※Electricity is provided free of charge, but please note that station availability is limited. (Reservations are not accepted.)
