Note for visitors to the aquarium

1. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the aquarium.
2. Smoking is not allowed in the aquarium. Please refrain from using lighters or matches except in designated areas as the aquarium is equipped with a high sensitivity fire alarm. Please smoke only in designated areas.
3. Pets (except seeing-eye, service and guide dogs) are not allowed in the aquarium.
4. Please refrain from using selfie sticks.
   Other camera accessories (monopods, tripods, etc.) may be prohibited in some cases.
5. Please refrain from texting while walking around the premises of Ocean Expo Park including Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.

Photography inside the aquarium

Photography within the aquarium is allowed for your own personal use such as souvenir photos (flash allowed); however, it is limited to the extent that other visitors must not be disturbed. Application must be made in advance for commercial photographs.
