The Manatee Pool reopened on Friday 4th December 2020 having been temporarily closed for renovations.

To better match their natural habitat, the manatee tank has a new color, similar to the rivers of America and Mexico. The lighting has also been improved. Visitors can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as they watch the manatees swim.
≪American manatee≫
The American manatee is a herbivorous mammal found in rivers, lakes and the coast of the western Atlantic. It is a rare species which is listed as endangered (I) under CITES (The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
